Companions for Living employees are compassionate, trustworthy, responsible and reliable. 

Client Safety

We take the greatest precautions to ensure we hire only quality employees who we know our clients can trust.  Each of our employees is carefully screened over the telephone, interviewed in person, and receives a minimum of three reference checks.  We conduct a national background check on every employee and each must be willing to submit to random drug screening as a condition of employment. 

All of our employees are bonded and insured.  Each employee must pass a certification test after they have been trained on all of our policies and procedures designed to keep you safe.

Management

Finally, all our caregivers are Companions for Living employees.  That means that we are responsible for ensuring that they are permitted to work in the United States, and that their payroll taxes are handled appropriately.
