Michelle Rossetti, Supervisor:
Michelle is a Supervisor at Companions for Living. She is responsible for overseeing employee recruitment, training and scheduling as well as orientations. She is also part of the on-call staff. Prior to joining Companions for Living, Michelle graduated from Salve Regina University with a degree in Human Resource Management. She worked for the State of Connecticut representing the state on lawsuits and after 11 years decided she needed a change. She went back to school to study a more holistic approach to life and nutrition and attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. What brought me to Companions for Living is that it is a holistic company that provides services to the elderly and disabled. CFL follows this holistic approach to caregiving by looking at their clients mind, body and soul and hires caregivers who align with their philosophy which sets it apart from all the rest. I am proud of what Companions for Living stands for and pleased to play an intri cate part in its success.
